I’m Mike, Founder & Principal at Lemonade Stand. My greatest strength is the breadth of my experience, which allows me to evaluate any startup challenge from multiple first hand functional perspectives, integrate talent and hiring considerations, and provide guidance on how solutions will hold up as the company scales.
My sweet spot is seed to Series B stage companies with $1MM to $20MM in revenue, and I functionally go deepest in product, design, customer experience, and operations. I work extremely well with founders.

Business models: B2C, B2B2C, B2B (from micro-SMB up to enterprise).
Products: entertainment, retail, e-commerce, social media, logistics, delivery, marketplaces, healthcare, telecom, SaaS, IaaS, IoT, software and hardware.
Functions: product management, design, engineering, strategy, corporate development + M&A, business development, partnerships, sales, marketing, customer support, customer success, professional services, operations (pretty much anything except back office).
